Took my friend here for her bday gift and we had the steam experience for 2. Was absolutely lovely. The ladies in the spa were lovely and accommodating. We had lovely scrubs and masks for our bodies and the steam Experience left us feeing very relaxed. Overall lovely experience and I would go back there. A little hidden gem for people who want to get out of the city but not have to go too far.
I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday. I have been to Stephanie's Mountain Spa many times and I was very much looking forward to relaxing with my 90 minute facial, as I have done many times before. Unfortunately the therapist did not peruse my history before taking me to the room for my treatment, and questioned me about my cough. I can definitely understand people's concern and hesitation in todays covid climate, however her approach was quite accusing and I felt quite uncomfortable. I do have a cough due to a medical condition and all the other times I have been there it has never been questioned. After our discussion on my health condition (which should be documented in their system), we proceeded with the facial. Unfortunately I was quite frustrated and therefore couldn't relax and enjoy my facial. I felt the therapist didn't do her best job either considering our initial interaction and it was not an enjoyable experience. Usually the lights are dimmed in the room and I had to ask for this to happen. The wipes/face towel they use to wipe the face after cleansing etc is usually warm, mine were not. And there were some things in the facial description that were completely missed. It was definitely a disappointing experience that has left me feeling uncomfortable to go back to their establishment.
My 2 sisters and I had an amazing afternoon enjoying a 1 hour massage. Chrissy was wonderful and so caring! I'll definitely be back for another massage. Thank you so much for a relaxing and truly professional experience.

We had a couple of treatments while we were staying at Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge. The treatments were absolutely amazing! We had a massage and the couple's steam therapy. The Spa itself is so clean and luxurious. The best one I have been to so far. The staff are all so nice and welcoming and omg the lemon sorbet at the end of your treatment is just sooo delicious! We will definitely come back again. Thank you all so much for such a great experience!
