Visited Ebb and Flow for a 60 minute Hot Stone Massage and a scalp massage to unwind and relax. Kaitlyn was my therapist and I highly recommend. Stones were perfect temperature and she targeted all the right areas. Beautiful space and will be back soon
I recently had a wonderful spa ritual at Ebb & Flow with Kaitlyn. I received a great relaxing massage, a facial targeted to my skin and a scalp oil massage. As a sufferer of rosacea, I have had poor experiences in the past with beauty therapists not understanding how reactive and different rosacea can be. Kaitlyn was amazing. She discussed my skin concerns with me initially, and I felt confident with her experience. The Environ Cool peel has calmed my skin immensely and I look forward to starting to use more of the Environ skin care products. They also stock Jane Iredale make up which is perfect for rosacea. I look forward to continuing my skin care journey at Ebb & Flow. Both Nat & Kaitlyn were lovely to interact with.
Recently visited for the first time and tried one of the packages. The products used were very nice, and service from Kaitlyn was flawless. She very clearly knows what she is doing, had deep knowledge of her craft and was very skilled. I found the package to be very wello thought out and realy enjoyed every bit of it. I would definately reccomend and have already re-book for myself and my mum.
I recently went to Ebb and Flow with my sister to treat ourselves, best decision ever! I hadn't been for a massage in quite some time but Natalie knew exactly what I needed.
