The setting of decorations and music is very relaxing. The young woman have done a great job to unlock the tension in my whole body and made me sleep very well the whole night. I will make another booking for sure. Highly recommended.
First time yesterday for a session and the hot stone remedial was exactly what my body needed! I have a desk job and my neck and shoulders are always stiff and strained. Angela did a phenomenal job by targeting all the major knots without it being excruciatingly painful either. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They do accept private health insurance and have specials from Mon-Wed. I’ll definitely be back!
I had a massage this morning. It was my first time to be there. Highly recommended. My back and leg was sore and nut after long week working. After the massage I feel so much better like a way better. And the price is not that expensive. Thank you again. I definitely will come back again
After purchasing a Groupon voucher for a 2 hour package that included a 90 minute massage and 30 minute bath I can say it's the best money I have spent in a while. Premises are very handy to everything with street parking and walking distance to James Street Market. My therapist was Hede and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had some pretty deep pain in my shoulder that was limiting movement and tonight I have so much more range of movement and far less pain. The premises are immaculate, warm and welcoming with no traffic noise once inside. The massage was fantastic and the hot herbal bath that followed was absolutely perfect. I recommend showering before arrival to get the most out of this type of treatment. I will most definitely be returning to try out the cupping and acupuncture. Currently hours are reduced due to COVID19 as are some services such as the acupuncture. There's a wheelchair lift at the front door for less able customers as well. I took my pictures in the room after my treatment so please excuse the mess, it's actually beautifully presented when you walk in.
Went back the second time. Far different from the first visit. It was awful. The older lady masseuse couldn't speak English well. The massage was pretty rough and unpleasant. I was sore at the end. She kept using her elbow to massage my back. I was glad to get out at the end. They need to employ staff that are well experienced and can speak / understand English language.
