Just called to retire my membership after being a client for over 5 years. Liz, the receptionist? made it extremely difficult to cancel membership and was very rude. After finally agreeing to cancel membership, i proceeded to hang up but could hear her screaming profanities as she thought i hung up. Poor customer service and very rude - probably needs lesson on how to conduct herself professionally. Plenty of other good gyms out there with better service. Would most definitely avoid this gym
I joined this gym after a bad customer experience at Anytime fitness. From the moment I walked in, Club Manager Liz provided excellent customer service and I signed up to a no contract membership on the spot. 18 months on, I am still a member and going strong. Thank you Liz for being personable, upbeat and friendly and for the ongoing support and fitness advice. Plus Fitness 24/7 EP is a cardio and weights specific gym which is a clean, functional, fun and friendly venue!
Well run gym. Easy to do a workout pretty much anytime and friendly staff. Never an issue parking as the gym is above woolworths with a huge carpark so even busy times there's always somewhere to park
Enquired about this gym, decided to go with another option, 6 month later I still receive multiple spam text messages with offerer and had at least 3 calls. Glad I didn’t go here parking can be difficult also.
Very difficult to quit this gym if you can no longer attend. Read the fine print in your contract that you need to attend in person to cancel, because email is apparently not a verified form of communication.... Except for signing a mortgage agreement, applying for government services, purchasing a car.... you know. All the little stuff that pales in comparison to a gym membership.
