The barbells are old and rusty, my hands get covered in grime when I use them, they also feel unsafe placing plates on them where during lifts the plates spin too much even when clamped on. The walls and floors are similarly filthy, I found dead bugs on the ground, the walls have marks all over them. It costs 89 dollars just to join despite their claims. The showers are pathetic, they have next to no pressure, they have no fans in the showers, they have no door for the shower cubicle itself with next to no place for your stuff. The equipment in the gym is really cramped together, calve raiser is right next to a fan as is a lifting station. This is by far the lowest quality gym I have been to, do not recommend. The staff is very nice however.
The perfect physical and mental escape with amazing variety of equipment. I love that I can mix up my compound lifts with sled pushes, tyre flips and hammer movements (and the occasional hits on the punching bags). Super inclusive culture and always greeted with a smile :) has everything one could need in order to get stronger, fitter and build strength to compliment any other physical activity. Thanks team!
I love this gym, I live in morayfield and drive 30 mins everyday just to go to this gym. The staff and manager is so friendly and helpful, there's a variety of equipment to use in top condition. The trainers are awesome Anneliese is amazing to train with if it wasn't for her motivation and tips and tricks I wouldn't of been getting the best results I have got so far. It's also affordable and just the best gym I've ever been too.
Did my first trial day there today. Great service and an even better atmosphere. Members don't have an ego and the equipment is good. I've been to many gyms across the country in my travels, and this one definitely stands out. Welcoming environment - lovely staff & members. Has excellent range of equipment and caters for any level of experience. Awesome natural light as well, makes a massive difference in mood! Close to the Redcliffe beach too so can go for a nice walk after a good session. Highly recommend.
