Honestly, the only reason I am not giving this business a 1 star is because they partially refunded the expenses of the clean I had, which was poor at best. Untouched marks were left everywhere and internal detailing was barely done beyond a quick vacuum. Didn't expect a perfect detail at the $60-$70 price point, but an adequate clean would have been okay. I was told to contact them to arrange a future clean to which numerous emails and calls have not been answered which is truly poor customer service. If you are going to the Newstead location too, keep an eye on the time as you will get hit with a 2hr+ parking fee because the team won't follow you up. Would not recommend this service.
Gold treatment inside and out paid for. Really unimpressed by a half ar...ed clean. The car park is so dark to check their job but luckily I put phone torch on. Missed cleaning the following :- Back head rests and rear of front seats, revision mirror, centre console, glove box exterior, inner boot surrounding and request for visors to be cleaned. White cleaning product marks from the leather seats cleaner was found on seat belt, door trim and boot. Wet look smear marks not polished off door trims after clean. Leather shine was missed on some parts of the seats and run marks. I think a blind man would seriously have done a much better job. Considering they had it for the entire day 8am to 5pm there is no excuse about time.
Cant leave 0 stars or I would. Terrible experience, lousy job. they did a wash and charged me $10 extra because its a big car. They missed whole areas of the car, the wheels and callipers were still dirty. When I went back to get it redone all I got was an argument. DONT use them, complete waste of money.
