Very pleased with the end result! I'm actually skeptical towards car wash stores in the malls but these guys have changed my mind completely. They got the car detailing done fast and they actually have afterpay and zip available too. My car interior feels like a brand new one and I actually couldn't bear to drive it less I make it dirty again ????

Booked platinum service as our car was leaving dust trails behind it after being driven from Melbourne to Brisbane and getting battered by Car Next Door users. Online it said 60 - 75 minutes, dropped it off at 10am but didn't get a message until I walked back to the plaza. A courtesy text to say they were behind would have been helpful as I had to be somewhere at 2pm. Given that it was very dirty, it might have taken 3 hours but I was told two when I dropped it off. All in all, they did a good job - I don't want anyone else driving it lest it get dirty again!
Excellent service, They are thorough, fast, very nice and professional, attentive to details, and overall prices very affordable if compared to others in the same sector: they have me pay only 65 bucks for insides and outsides of a (relatively big car as a) Volkswagen Tiguan. Highly recommended. Ill go there, also to help our conmunity and small businesses.
Pulled in for a car wash. Unfortunately they lost my garage door remote in the process and didn’t seem to care when I brought it to their attention. I asked them to cover the cost of a new remote. This request was totally ignored. The entire process was more trouble than it was worth. I will never use this car wash again.
