Always Had great service, Excellent food. Have been coming to Oxley takeaway for the last 20 years as it was only a hop, skip, and jump from my parent place. Used to buy lollies before school and the occasion Ice-cream on push bike adventures with mates. As time has gone on the chip portion size has gotten smaller, I remember when 5-dollar chip would easily feed a small army, Now I'd say only 2 people, damn ......Starting to sound like a boomer. But I can't rubbish the place it kept me feed through most of my youth. The Burger with the lot is Amazing. Over the years seen different owner/ cooks but the quality has always been the same.
Fantastic value for money and extremely friendly owners. Will never go anywhere else for takeaway! Best burgers with the lot and their potato scallops with chicken salt are to die for!!!
If I could rate 0 star I would. First time getting food from this place and never again. Chips were probably the only decent thing I got. As for the rest (mussels, Whiting were disgusting. $10 chips was like $5 at thus place????. Very disappointing.
