I’ve ordered delivery from these guy numerous times and not once have I been disappointed!! My burger of choice is the triple cheeseburger. You would think a burger like this would not travel well and would get soggy by the time it got to you. Or that it might be super greasy because of all the cheese and beef patties. This is not the case with Jack & Will’s! Perfect DELICIOUS burgers that arrive fresh and the perfect temperature to eat and definitely not soggy! 100% give these guys a try, thank you Jack and Will’s for always delivering the goods!
Been twice now and great both times. Food is exactly as described, good old school burgers and servings quite generous. A big eater in our group attempted the Trump burger but came up short ???? Would recommend take away as the eat out area is right next to a drive through coffee, so can be a little smelling as some cars pass through.
Been wanting to try this place for a while. Burgers were ok, adequately priced but chips were the worst I've had from anywhere in a long time. Half cooked, no salt and soggy, unfortunately they are going in the bin. ------- Response to owner: I picked up at the Boondall store, ordering over the phone and picking up ten minutes later so can't blame delivery drivers. I don't think you can really blame covid and floods for not cooking the chips enough and no salt, they were honestly inedible. I appreciate you don't want bad reviews on google, but this review was genuine and it also seems petty to reply to numerous negative reviews about your chips blaming delivery drivers and a national potato shortage instead of owning up and saying you will do better.
