Very good service, I got the keratin treatment done more than once. Isa the owner goes out of her way to see her clients happy with the results. I highly recommend visiting the salon and trying out the keratin treatment, it is a life changing treatment, saves me so much time when it comes to doing my hair.
I walked in for an emergency trim after a home haircut that ended badly. I was almost immediately seated and seen to by a lovely woman named Dina! It was very no-nonsense, she immediately got to work and at first I thought she was taking too much off, but after I adjusted to the new layers I realised just how face framing and textured the cut is. My hair has so much volume! From seating to paying it took only about 40 minutes, and she saved my hair. Great experience!

Made booking a week out for a manicure at 3 pm on a Wednesday. At 2 pm on Wednesday (an hour from my appointment), I got a text from an unknown number telling me they had to cancel. When I tried to reschedule, they didn't respond to that text. I had to follow up on the text several hours later and they responded to that text rescheduling me to Friday at 1pm. New appointment on Friday at 1pm. I receive a text message a mere THIRTY MINUTES before my appointment at 12:30, again canceling. Thanks but no thanks.
