Simi was amazing! I’ve had issues in the past with threading (I have a mole in my eyebrow which had been cut by having my brows threaded at another salon) Simi was gentle and made my brows look fabulous! Thank you!
I have been a regular customer for the last 3 years. I have never been disappointed but today I just wanted to point out the absolute lack of hygiene specially with this pandemic. The lady did not sanitize her scissors or brush after threading the previous customer and she dropped her scissors on the floor and reuse it. The chair was not sanitize either. Not to mention that I understand it can happen that a bit of skin can be off during threading but today i was really missing skin :(

The WORST threading place I’ve been to and a total waste of money. NO effort to shape properly, or clean properly. What a lazy tart. Ended up with one eyebrow thick, one eyebrow thin. When asked to correct the difference, the girl rudely replied that the brows were the same. When making payment, the eftpos machine timed out after I was charged on my card, but she wanted to charge me again, even when I showed her the bank transaction went through on my phone. What a fraud. Not to mention the salon is a dingy, grimy place. AVOID.
Suprina was very patient and sat with me to help me decide what would best suit my eyes etc. She was very gentle and made the process of getting my eyebrows done so fast. I had my lashes permed for the first time and was very anxious but Suprina made it once again a quick and relaxing experience. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommended their service and fantastic value
