A little overdue to write this review. Sonia has been amazing. I've seen her twice so far for facial, eyebrows and waxing. She has made me comfortable and done a great job. Having the right people who can provide great customer service and do a very good job as well goes a long way. Thank you Sonia!! I will see you again soon!
My partner was nearly in tears today. Sonia (who is consistently amazing) usually does her eyebrows but as she wasn’t there, another young girl threaded my partners eyebrows. She did an horrific job - threaded right eyebrow further over the bridge of nose than the left, leaving a lopsided look that will take a month to grow back in to be fixed. When I went back with my partner immediately to try and get them even and balanced the practitioner started arguing with us, then pretended she didn’t know what we were talking about. She even asked me how she should thread the eyebrows as if she somehow forgot how to! She refused to offer her name or the name of a supervisor we could contact. We refused to leave until someone else who works there came off their lunch to help. Absolutely shocking customer service, even argued with my partner in Hindi, and to think my partner’s been coming here for at least six months (we drive from Lutwyche) and I have two sisters who’ve been coming here for over two years. Who ever this individual was who was practising threading at 1:15pm today and refused to give us her name is letting your business down in an absolutely shocking manner.
Sonia, was beautiful. It was a great experience for me to do my lashes often for the first time. I will be coming back again Thank you for your service.
My experience here was very good, Soni was my brow artist and she was wonderfull, very nice and polite and very talented. So happy with my eyebrows, definitely recommend coming here,
Terrible experience. Had to sit in hairdressing chair and told to lean back for almost and hour while eyebrows were done instead of laying back on a beauty bed like i habe in tje past. Threading was done prior to lamination which resulted in mild chemical burns above my brows and i wasn't even given any aftercare advice. I do not recommend going here. (Logan rd Mt gravatt)
